- Is it safe to buy through Neblina?
Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.

- Is Neblinarecords.com, LLC. a reliable company?
Of course. We are
commited to customer satisfaction & will go to any lengths to make
sure you are happy. Neblina Records takes it's ordering & shipping
VERY, VERY, VERY, seriously. Shipping usually goes out that next day,
and whenever possible we do same day shipping. If you still have any doubts,
you can order from Amazon.com
where they will gladly send out a cd for you.
- When will I get my order?
Depending
on where you live in the US or Canada, it should get there within 3 to
7 days MAX right after you hit that order button. Anywhere else, if you
order using our fast shipping option, you should get your cd within 1-2
weeks. If you choose to ship regular (slow) you should get it within 4-6
weeks.
- Why should I buy direct from Neblina?
Well, for one, we will ship it faster and almost always cheaper.
You will have a direct link to the person in charge of shipping at Neblina,
whereas with a bigger company it's hard to get in contact with people.
Also you will be supporting Neblina! Obviously we make more money if you
buy directly from us; that cuts out the middle man.
We are a small company and we care about our customers.
- What if I don't like the Neblina album? Will you give me a refund?
Yup! We sure will. We really, really, feel this is a quality,
bangin' album. If you don't like it, we'll give you all your hard earned
dough back. No questions asked. This goes for ANY Neblina product. (does not include products that are not put out under the Neblina name)
- Who can I yell at if something goes wrong with my order?

- What is the difference between a mixtape and a compilation?
Well for one,
a mixtape is usually just mixed together by a DJ using tracks you or anyone
else could get off the internet. Usually a mixtape isn't shrinkwrapped
and comes on a cheap CD-R. Our compilation features all exclusive songs.
We signed contracts with all the artists and compensated them for using
their material. Most artists don't see jack from doing a mixtape. Definition.
is professionally printed, with a full color 4 page insert. Shrinkwrapped
too, of course!
- Is it possible to buy the CD without a credit card?
Of course.
We know alot of people don't like to give their info out online, so you
can send us a check or a money order. Works perfect. As soon as we get
that badboy we will thankfully pack and ship out your order.

- Internet
Label? How in the hell does that work man?
Well, Jerry J is in Ecuador. He is in charge of most online promotions,
marketing, etc. So most things can be done no problem. David & Leo
are in Charlotte NC. Tim is in Raleigh. If there is a shipment, it goes
directly to Leo in Charlotte. He gets that joint out the door and into
your hands. Everybody works together to get stuff done in their area of
expertise. David just moved to Charlotte from Detroit in October 2004.
We all communicate on our message board and through a wonderful free online
voice chat system called Skype.
